The recycling bin, the filing trays, the release folder, the desktop calendar, the laptop and the image in the window are so-called interactive objects that are periodically updated as long as the Office is displayed.
The update intervals can be set in the file 'office.ini' in partition 'ini'. The time interval in the transaction is set by default to 900 seconds.
In the [TimeInterval] section of the file, the time intervals can be defined for the following objects:
Entry | Meaning |
---|---|
checkfile | filing trays |
checkrelfolder | release folder |
checkgar | laptop |
checkdia | desktop calendar |
checkscr | recycling bin |
checkque | phone |
showvideo | image in window |
If the update for an object is to be deactivated, the value for the object must be set to '0' (in words: zero).
Any other positive value will show the number in seconds.
A negative value causes the default interval (900 seconds) to be used.
A semi-colon ';' in the first line colume of a line is interpreted as a comment and not evaluated, leading to the default interval (900 seconds) being used.
