Maintain TTL File

The purpose of the GENTTL transaction is to create and maintain a TTL file with changed literals which might be used in client server environments to change literals in the TTO file without updating the object code.

The TTL file the transaction uses is determined by the entry “LiteralsFile” in section “Literals” in the tdsrv.ini file.

Source files are collected using the overlay structure of the session running GENTTL.

Having selected the source module and the language, the transaction shows a list of all used literals and allows literals to be exported into the TTL file and the TTL literals to be maintained.

Import
