Module ETP

Description

ETP is the data table for the additional transaction profile data by entity group.
This table holds configuration information about all transactions of
the installation.

Datafield INR Internal Unique ID

Description

Unique internal ID of a record within the table. The INR is a text field, which is created by retrieving the next valid entry from the counter ETP. The field INR is used to maintain links from other tables into this table.

For contractdata the INR also links the two tables xxD and xxT as associated entries hold the same INR.


Datafield COD Transaction ID

Description

Technical short name of the application transaction. This name is made up of the base name of the name of the file of the transaction file(s).

Datafield SEPFLG Temporary Settlement Allowed

Description

If this flag is set to a non-blank value it marks this transaction as being able to handle temporary settlement.

If this flag is set to a non-empty value it marks this transaction as being able to handle temporary settlements.


Datafield CCSTYP Compliance Check Type

Description

Any non-empty value triggers generation of compliance check by SRVCCS. Standard values are SMH Check all generated external Messages TRN Check contract/transaction data (generically generated from TRNDATA File.

Other values can be added in customization.

Helpinformation

Any non-empty value triggers the generation of a compliance check via the service module SRVCCS - Service CCS.

When the 'Alternative Compliance is activated in the transaction Maintaining System Configuration Transaction (DBxSYS), possible values are None Always or Only if transaction sends a message.

When the built in compliance functionality is used, standard values are: SMH - checks all generated external messages TRN - checks contract/transaction data.

Other values can be added when customizing the system.

Datafield VER Version

Description

This field holds the version counter to keep track of the version history of an ETP entry. The individual versions are controlled by entries in the SLG table.

Datafield RELAMT Relevant Amount for Release

Description

This field holds the relevant amount for release. It is not a sum, it is for example MAXAMT of transaction.

Datafield RELTYP Method of Release

Description

Method of release, which is used. 1 = Standardrule - Set_Wfs_Release of transaction is used 2 = Signature required - TRN\RELREQ is set to “A”

This field defines the release rule to be used. The release rule determines the number of signatures necessary to release the business transaction.

Description

If this flag is set to a non-blank value the settlement type is enabled

Datafield ETGEXTKEY Entitygroup

Description

This table is defined on entity group level with separate entries for each entity group. This field holds the EXTKEY of the entity group which is the logical owner of this entry. This field is filled automatically during insert and is used as filter when accessing the database. Without special implementation only entries of the entity group of the currently active entity are visible to the user.

Datafield TRNCLS Transaction Class

Description

Service Level Agreements are defined per group of transactions as i.e. opening / amendment / other. These classes are defined in the external codetable TRNCLS. Each business transaction should be connected to one TRNCLS if Service Level Agreements are used.

Helpinformation

Each business transaction should be connected to one transaction class if Service Level Agreements (SLA) are used. The allowed duration time for a SLA relevant customer order can be defined in the SLA static data transaction per group of transactions e.g. “Opening”, “Amendment”, “Document/ Claim Presentation” or “Other”. These classes are defined in the external codetable TRNCLS.

Description

Field holding the concatenated and normalized sum of all search fields used by quick search. This is one of the fields set in a SdbSetNRMFields method defined in the table definition module.

Description

This field describes the priority of compliance check.

Helpinformation

The field can be set to Normal or Urgent. The priority is intended for an external compliance system and will be included in the output XML in the header tag <MessagePriority>.
