Dashboard Office - Manager Information

Transaction OFFMIS

This transaction shows an example of how management information can be prepared for the head of an Entity group in the Dashboard. Management information of the individual entities is prepared by means of charts. The diagrams depicted in this transaction are models for a possible implementation of various chart variants.

A report generator “Reports for Dashboard Office - Manager Information” is available to collect the data for the charts.

The Manager Dashboard consists of three charts containing the current business data of Import and Export letters of credit and Guarantees:

- “Development of liabilities” contains the accumulated liabilities booked as types 'Aval (AVL)' under Import letters of credit, Guarantees and confirmed Export letters of credit as well as any acceptance ('AKZ') / deferred payment ('DPZ') obligations under the document sets.

- “Revenue Distribution” contains revenue information of commissions, fees and interest differentiated by Guarantees, Import L/C, Export L/C and other products.

- “Openings - Fees - Liabilities” shows the development of the named items compared to a selected previous period.

The report data on which the individual diagrams are based is configured via the “Maintaining Chart Definitions” transaction. A test of the chart configuration is possible via the “Test Chart System” transaction.
