Info Transactions

Transaction INFTRN

This transaction is used to search for business transactions. The search can be narrowed by using the search parameters at the top of the panel.

Business transactions can also be searched using “Service”. In this case the checkboxes next to “Workflow Entries” also help narrow the search. Here, a search can be conducted for open, waiting, erroneous or overdue services, or services set to “Retry”.

The search results are shown in table form in the main field of the panel and can then be displayed by double-clicking an entry, or by highlighting an entry and clicking the icon on the “Transaction Header” panel.

Clicking [ Details] displays a file containing the most recent changes in the relevant transaction. Any warning are displayed by clicking the [ Warning] button. Clicking [Order] in the “Documents” section displays the relevant order on a separate subpanel. The [Events] button on this subpanel provides the user with a list of any relevant events retrieved.

On the “Transaction Summary” panel, bookings and the main parameters of the selected business transaction are summarized and are displayed in a printable form. The summary can be printed by using the -Icon; alternatively via the context menu (right mouse-click) and clicking the option “Print”.

The “Dependencies” panel displays a list of previous or subsequent transactions with their possible dependencies should a transaction need deleting or correcting.

The “CONINF Completion” panel displays additional general/settlement texts.

The “Workflow” panel lists all workflows of the business transaction.

The “Session” panel can be used to check the originating session for the selected transaction.
