This transaction is used to create reports for the incomplete transactions available in the application.
The fields “Begin Date” and “End Date” are used to define the period, for which the opening date of the contract is to be displayed.
The field can be used to define the user responsible for the incomplete transaction.
The options “Created by User”, “Generic Own Ref.”, “Selection of Users” and “Level of Details” are used to limit the number of displayed transactions.
The field “Sort of Report” defines the parameter according to which the report will be sorted.
After the fields in the upper part of the panel have been defined, the statistics are created and displayed by clicking the [ icon or created and printed by .
This statistics file can be stored locally on the hard disk by clicking the icon . By default, the system proposes the Temp directory of the local hard disk as storage location.
On the “Report Setting” panel, more output criteria can be defined for the report. Further information about reports and report settings can be found under “Report Generator for Contracts”.
