This transaction is used to create reports for the diaries available in the application.
The fields “Begin Date” and “End Date” are used to define the period, for which the opening date of the contract is to be displayed.
The options “Generic Own Ref.”, “Which Diaries to show” and “Selection of Users” are used to limit the number of displayed diaries.
The field “Sort of Report” defines the parameter according to which the report will be sorted.
After the fields mentioned above have been defined the statistics can be created and shown via the icon or created and printed via .
In order to have the statistics file stored locally on the PC click on the icon . The system suggests the “Temp” directory of the local hard disk by default as storage location.
On the “Report Settings” panel more output criteria can be defined for the report.
