Closing
Transaction PATCAN
This transaction is used to close a participation contract, if information is received, for example, indicating that the underlying L/C has expired. The closing date of the contract is set to today's date.
Requirements
An existing Participation contract which is open and not closed.
There cannot be any Export L/C document sets with open amounts.

Transaction Control
Fees
All fees not yet settled for the contract are transferred to the Settlement Panel and set to 'Settle immediately'.

Updating/Storing of Amounts (CBS)
