Creating Charts for documentation

The charts are created as PowerPoint pages im portrait format with the following setting:

Flow chart (btoxx)
Font Size in boxes:	10
Font Size outside:	9
Font:	Calibri
Size of boxes:	0,5×1,8 cm
Width of line:	1Pt.
Shadow:	Offset bottom right
Blue boxes:	Subtle effect - Blue, Accent 1 (to find under Format → Shape Styles)
Arrow type:	Arrow
Arrow Size:	9
Dashed connections / Boxes:	foursquare dot

Party model (broxx)
Font Size in Boxes:	12
Font Size outside:	10
Headline:	18, Bold
Font:	Calibri
Size of boxes:	1,2×3,9
Width	11⁄2 Pt.
Blue Boxes:	Theme Colors → Aquamarine, Accent 5, ligther 80%
Arrow type:	Arrow
Arrow size:	9
Dashed connections / Boxes:	foursquare dot
Color of document arrows:	Red:9 Green:21 Blue:151

Note to create the required graphic elements

Create Box: Insert → Shapes → Rectangle rounded corners → draw box → Contextmenu Size and Position → Set Height and Width

Create text field in box: Insert → Text box → click into box

Line Size /Shodow /Color/Dashed: mark box/line → Format → Shape Fill, Shape outline (→ Weight, Dashes), Shape Effects(→ Shadow)

Create Line /Arrow: Insert → Shapes → Select connection → Connect desired points

Arrow width: mark arrow → Format → Shape outline → Arrows → more arrows → End arrow type, End arrow size

From ppt to jpg: Open ppt page → deactivate spell check → Open program „Snipping tool“ → mark relevant sector → save as png
