The Office is one of several start pages made available on logging in. It is typically intended for clerks and releasers of contracts and static data.

For other groups of users, e.g. “Just view information”-users or Administrators, more specific user profiles or “user group profiles” can be set up.

For Managers, alternative start pages are available in the Management Dashboard.

Depending on the user profile set up earlier, the start page, the functions and menus may differ if parts have been deactivated or are unavailable.

This gives users a central and direct access to the most frequently required sections. Access to these functions can be gained by simply clicking the relevant objects and elements. Hovering the mouse pointer over icons and values will often display text information about a function or details of an element.

Pending or important tasks are all shown in the central work space.
