Help Contract Common Information
Transaction INFCCI
This transaction is used for cross.sectoral searches of contracts (i.e. that contracts can be searched in multiple business sectors at the same time).
When starting the transaction, the “Selection” panel is displayed. Parts of the reference number, name, party reference, BIC, the responsible user and the opening date can be entered as search criteria. The search can be limited to a business sector, if desired. In case an individual party is selected in field “Select Single Party”, the role of the party within the contract can be specified additionally.
If the checkbox “Include Archive” is checked, also archived contracts are searched.
By checking checkbox “All visible Entities” the search will be performed in all available entities. If it is not enabled, only the own entity is searched.
By clicking the icon 
, all contract that meet the selection criteria are displayed in a table.
After selecting a contract (via double-click) the panel “Common Contract Information” will be displayed for active contracts.
The details of the selected contract can then be displayed via clicking the [i] button.
Archived contract will be displayed on the Overview or Messages panels.
