The QUE System holds all tasks that, according to system information, require user intervention in subsequent working steps. This includes upcoming diary events requiring execution, transactions to be released and pending transactions that are shown together and sorted for processing according to priorities.

All tasks are presented in an overview. This display can then be filtered for individual employees, work groups or activities if this is useful for the individual organization of the work.

At the same time, the system provides an option for adapting priority in line with the workloads of the various employees or groups, or to redistribute tasks to other employees or groups.
