This transaction is used for load balancing of pending tasks between users or user groups, as well as the assignment of priorities.

Entries can be modified within the queue. Pending entries of all types are displayed. The “Statistics” panel provides additional information about the load distribution. The number of entries per type is displayed for each user and each user group.

In the upper part of the “Search” Panel it can be selected, which types of entries are to be displayed. The combobox “Selection of Users” is used to limit the search to the selected user/user group. Search terms can be entered in field “Search for Text”. By clicking all matching entries will be displayed in the table below. After marking an entry and clicking the icon , the details of the entry are displayed on the next panel.

After selecting one entry or multiple entries, the icons and can be used to assign them to another user/user group. Additionally, the priority can be changed.
