This transaction is used for searching queues.

After starting the transaction the “Search Panel” is displayed. The search result can be narrowed by selecting the entry types to be searched on top of the panel.
The combobox “Selection of Users” is used to limit the search to the selected user/user group. Search terms can be entered in field “Search for Text”. By clicking the [Search] button all matching entries will be displayed in the table below.
After marking an entry and clicking the icon the details of the entry are displayed on the next panel.

The panel '“statistics” provides an overview of the load of the application. It displays how many entries per type are waiting for processing for co-workers in the relevant departments.
