Datafield Description and Properties
Datafield OBJTYP Object Type of Associated Contract
Type of object the pending entry refers to. Usually this is the table the object is associated to.
Datafield OBJINR Object INR of Associated Contract
INR of the object within the table, defined in OBJTYP.
Datafield TOPOBJTYP Object type of the parent contract
This field identifies the object type of the parent contract.
Datafield TOPOBJINR Object INR of the parent contract
This field contains the Object INR of the parent contract
Datafield TOPBANROL Role of Bank
The field holds the role which acts as direct partneraddress abroad in the associated contract, if this type is available. Usually this role is the role of the issuing bank or the main partner bank where the local bank has a direct relation to. If this field is set that role acts as the partner abroad but does not mean that this role is associated to an address or that a PTS entry of that role exists.
Datafield TOPBANPTYINR PTYINR of Bank
This field holds the INR of the PTA-entry identified by the CCIBANROL of the associated contract. If no PTA is used for the specified role, this field might be empty.
Datafield TOPCUSROL Role of Customer
The field holds the role which acts as direct local partneraddress in the associated contract, if this type is available. Usually this role is the role of the client of the local bank where the bank has a direct relation to. If this field is set that role acts as the local partner but does not mean that this role is associated to an address or that a PTS entry of that role exists.
Datafield TOPCUSPTYINR PTYINR of Customer
This field holds the INR of the PTA entry identified by the CCICUSROL of the associated contract. If no PTA is used for the specified role, this field might be empty.
Datafield TOPCONTYP Contract type of the parent contract
This field contains the sorted value of the business sector of the parent contract. The logic is identical to the logic of the contract type of the associated business sector (CONTYP). This field is filled with the coded value of the table KFPSUB. Example: B10 Import L/C
Datafield CONTYP Contract type of the associated business sector
This field contains a sortable code for the business sector of the contract. This field is filled with the coded value of the table KFP Sub-type (KFPSUB). Example: B10 Import L/C For sorting purposes, the additional contract sub-type CONSUBTYP is to be used. The contract sub-type contains the sorting value associated with a business sector.
Datafield CONSUBTYP Contract sub-type of the associated business sector
The contract sub-type contains the sorting value associated with a business sector. This field is filled with the coded value of the table KFP Sub-type (KFPSUB). It depends on the contract type of the underlying transaction. Example: B10 Import L/C
Datafield CLSDAT Date Closed
This fields indicates the closing date of a contract. If an entry has been made, the contract is closed and may no longer be used to process business transactions except special transactions like Settling Charges or Common Messages.
Datafield LSTCLSDAT Last Close Date of Contract
This date field has an empty contents when the contract is not closed or there is at least a single not closed subcontract. If the current contract is closed and all existing subcontracts are closed the field is set to the most recent closing date.
Datafield ETYEXTKEY Entity
This field holds the external key of the owning entity to identify the logical owner of this entry.
This field is filled automatically during insert and is used as filter when accessing the database. Without special implementation only entries of the currently active entity are visible to the user.
