The Diaries automatically entered by the system can be displayed by the panel “Diaries”. Additionally , they can be changed or deleted and new diaries can be entered by the user.

If several maturities have been booked under a contract, so one diary for each maturity will be stored for the settlement at the maturity date.

If the closing date is set in transactions, alle diaries will be set to 'done' automatically.
