Datafield Description and Properties
Datafield INR Internal Unique ID
Unique internal ID of a record within the table. The INR is a text field, which is created by retrieving the next valid entry from the counter of this table. The field INR is used to enable links from other tables to this table.
For contractdata the INR also links the two tables xxD and xxT as associated entries hold the same INR.
Datafield VER Version
This field holds the version counter used to keep track of the history of an entry of this table. The individual versions are managed by entries in the SLG table.

Datafield LABADDINF Label for Additional Info Field
This field defines the description of the field 'Additional Text' on the 'Details' panel of the guarantee business sector. By using the field definition/placeholder {GIDGRP\BLK\ADDINF} during guarantee text definition in DBxATX, this field will be enabled for input. The content of this field will then be used as secondary label on the Details panel of the guarantee processing.
This could also be used to define the description for 'Additional Text' on the 'Details' panel of sequence C of guarantee business sector. However, the Purpose of Outgoing should be for Seq. C and the field definition/placeholder to be used should be {GIDGRP\BLK\ADDINFC}.

Datafield ETGEXTKEY Entitygroup
This field holds the external key of the owning entity group to identify the logical owner of this entry. This field is filled automatically during insert and is used as filter when accessing the database. Without special implementation only entries of the currently active entity group are visible to the user.
Datafield GETFLDNRM Field holding the normalized search fields.
Field holding the concatenated and normalized sum of all search fields used by quick search. This is one of the fields set in a SdbSetNRMFields method defined in the table definition module.

Datafield GTXFULLFLG Guarantee Text for Non Electronic Undertakings
This checkbox should be selected when the guarantee text should be sent in letters formats in the same way how they were generated before the SWIFT Changes 2021 become active. With SR2021, demand guarantees and standby L/Cs are handled as highly structured messages with the data of the guarantee being structured in dedicated SWIFT fields. When the checkbox is empty, the structured SWIFT-like (tagged) format will be used also in the letter equivalents. For other types of undertaking, it may be not required/ wanted to create the letter containing the undertaking in a tagged format. Thus, the checkbox should be selected when the bank intentionally wants to keep the letter format that was defined before SR2021.
