The panel CBS Info is available in each business module specific contract maintenance transaction (XXTCHG) and can be called via Contract Maintenance if the user has access to this transaction according to the defined profile.

The panel CBS Info shows all CBS balances and bookings for the selected contract.

The amounts of the CBS bookings can be amended here but this function should be used very carefully only.

If the option “Change Currency” is enabled, the option “with conversion” will also be enabled, which can, however, be disabled manually. The new currency is selected via the combobox “to”. The respective entries are displayed in the table below on the panel.
