Info Order
Transaction INFORD
The transaction opens with the “Search Panel”.
Enter a search term, then click the 
icon.
All orders containing the search term will be displayed in the table below.
Selecting an order (by double-clicking an entry or by clicking the 
icon), displays the order information for the selected orders.
The order information can be printed out by clicking the 
icon.
Order Treeview Panel
The “Order TreeView Panel” displays all orders belonging to a contract in a clear directory tree structure. The top level shows the contract, the next level the individual orders under the contract, followed by the transactions processed for an order, and the lowest level lists the messages received or generated in the transaction.
By clicking the [
Expand] and [ 
Collapse] buttons, it is possible to display additional or fewer levels of the tree structure.
If the checkbox “incl. all subcontracts” is checked, the display will include the orders under the subcontracts, such as document sets for an L/C or the utilizations under a guarantee.
The field “Search Text” can be used to search for a term in the contracts, orders, transactions or messages displayed in the tree view.
The search is executed as soon as you leave the field.
If required, the directory treeview can be refreshed by clicking the [
ReRead] button.
