Help Export Data for allNETT or RIVO
Transaction CONANT
This transaction is used to initially send client and/or contract data from DOKA-NG to allNETT or RIVO.
When an existing client becomes an allNETT / RIVO user, it is needed to initiate client creation in allNETT / RIVO. Existing contracts must be made available in allNETT / RIVO so that the client can initiate follow up transactions like amendments or document presentations.
When a client is set up as allNETT / RIVO client in Maintaining Parties, the type of data export must be set to one of the following:

| none | No export action |
| Profile | Creates the client in allNETT / RIVO. A configured headquarter, which also is allNETT / RIVO client is used as client group |
| Contracts | Upload contracts for client to allNETT / RIVO. Only contracts which are not yet available in allNETT / RIVO are uploaded. An overview document showing all previous transactions is automatically generated and uploaded to allNETT / RIVO along with all messages that have been sent to the client in previous transactions. |
| Profile & Contracts | Combined profile and contract download. |
The transaction provides a list of all clients that have an active data export and allows to execute all open activities for all clients (can be automated using Maintaining Jobs ) or for a selected single client.
