Help Info Contract Archive
Transaction INFCCA
This transaction is used to search the contract archive and to display the contents respectively.
Contracts in the CCA (Common Contract Archive) table matching criteria entered are displayed in the selection list.
A link to the CCR table (parties and external reference for archived contracts) is used to search for information that is associated to a party (Party Reference, Party ID, BIC, Role). In order to display details for a selected contract in addition to the data stored in the CCA record itself, the archive is retrieved by calling “ReadArchiveFile (File ID)”. In this way, the archived XML document can be retrieved from a file (standard implementation as stored by CONCCA) or another archiving system. The additional information (i.e. contract history and display files for all committed transactions, list of parties, list of documents and document details) are automatically extracted from the archive stream, if requested. Relevant party and other details of a business transaction can be viewed anytime by either displaying the generated documents or display files. The status of all associated data at the moment of closing/archiving (including e.g. the development of balances) is included for a more technical reference in the XML document and can be displayed by using an appropriate XML viewer.
By clicking an entry in the selection list the panel “Contract” is displayed, on which the basic information of the contract are displayed.
If the “Incomplete transactions” checkbox has been checked, these are also displayed i the selection list.
The table “History” can be used to display further information.
By clicking the icon 
a Display file of the selected transaction can be displayed.
The transaction details can be displayed by clicking the 
icon.
On the Messages panel all messages associated to the contract are displayed in list form.
Every single message can be displayed by clicking the icons, respectively.
The path of the current archive file is specified under “File ID”.
The XML file will be displayed via an external viewer by clicking the [ Show] button.
