This transaction reorganizes ETP table (Entity Groups TransactionProfile).
For each ATP entry (Application TransactionProfile), a check is carried out as to whether an entry exists in the ETP table.
If no entry exists, then an ETP entry will be created. If an entry exists, it will be updated by the data from the ATP table.
