Help Reorganization of Key Figure Pool
Transaction REOKFP
This transaction serves to make the data available for the key figure pool. The data in question is evaluated with the Report Key Figure Pool (KFPGEN).
The key figure pool makes data available on the transaction settled in already processed form. As a result, the data can be evaluated more speedily and easily.
The transaction should run on a regular basis (e.g. each night) to ensure that the reports always contain figures that are as current as possible.

| Selecting the entity | In this field, a selection can be made of the entity(ies) or entity group(s) the key figures pool is to be reorganized. Depending on the selection made, the relevant entity (group) will then be specified. In this field a selection can be made of the entity region for which processing is to be carried out. Depending on the selection made, the appropriate entity (group) is displayed and/or selected. |
| Entity group | Here, the entity group desired is selected for which the key figures pool is to be reorganized. Here, the entity group is displayed for which processing is to be carried out. |

| Maximum duration in hours | This field displays the maximum duration of the reorganisation. Since the processing may take very long in certain circumstances, a controlled end can be activated and a hard reset can be prevented by external intervention (e.g. start of data backup routine or powering down the servers). After this, the data in the key figures will be consistent but not complete. The value '0' means that no automatic cancellation is to take place. |
| Cancellation briefly after | the date is calculated from the starting time and maximum duration. |
| Last commit date processed | This field displays the current status of the data in the key figures pool for the respective entity. The date describes when the relevant reorganisation run was finalized. |
