Datafield Description and Properties
Datafield INR Internal Unique ID
Unique internal ID of a record within the table. The INR is a text field, which is created by retrieving the next valid entry from the counter of this table. The field INR is used to enable links from other tables to this table.
For contractdata the INR also links the two tables xxD and xxT as associated entries hold the same INR.
Datafield RESREJ Reason for Non-Payment/Non-Acceptance
If documents are rejected (using the 'Rejecting Documents' transaction), the reasons why documents are rejected are stored in this field. Predefined text modules can be selected via the […] button.
Datafield BCGQUE Queries
If a tracer/advice of fate is sent/received under the collection (e.g. in transaction 'Sending Tracer / Advice of Fate'), this field contains the text of the query.
Datafield BCGANS Answers
If a tracer/advice of fate is sent/received under the collection (e.g. in transaction 'Sending Tracer / Advice of Fate'), this field contains the text of the answer.
Datafield DOCPRE Presented Documents
This field contains the list of documents presented under the import collection.
Datafield BCGDET Tenor Details
This field can contain detailed information regarding the usance period of the collection.

This fields holds the name of the vessel/ship which has been used to transport the goods shipped under this collection.
