Commissioning
Transaction GITCOM
This transaction is used to settle due commissions under a guarantee. It can either be started manually by the user after selecting a guarantee or after processing the transaction “Automatic Commissioning for Guarantees/Standby” (GIBCOM), which can be started by the administrator.
The respective guarantee contract is registered under the pending items after the commission to be settled has been determined.
If the GIBCOM transaction has already been processed, the selection date and the value date from GIBCOM are used for the reference date and the value date when settling commission.
The difference between this commissioning transaction and a simple Settling Charges is that this transaction calculates and settles commissions due at the reference date.
Requirements
An existing Guarantee contract which is open and not closed.
