This is a batch program (hence GIBCOM) that is automatically launched once a day and generates auto-registrations for all contracts fo which payable commission statements are available for the “Commissioning” (GITCOM) transaction.

Automatic processing of fees for guarantees is lauched either manually or automatically via background processes.

Both the selection date and the value date are passed on to the “Commissioning” transaction (GITCOM).

The number of days of grace can be entered in the field by the same name if applicable. When reviewing guarantee maturities, this value (number of days) is added to the selection date.

If the checkbox “All Entities” is checked, then settlement will be carried out for all entities.

The auto-registrations (SPTs) generated can either be processed via Manager for Automatic Execution of Pending Items (SPTTSK) or Fast Commission Calculation (GICCOM).
