The “Manual Contract” sector is used for special customer functions and requirements across contracts, such as sending free format messages to any number of parties, piecemeal settlements or balance confirmations, without having a real contract.

Normally in this area, a contract is captured for each party. This contract is then tagged for various purposes and used on multiple occasions. Thus, a contract can be captured for all parties who regularly receive a balance confirmation which can control how this balance confirmation is to be generated (via a special transaction).

This area has to be adapted as required during the project.
