Creating a Syndication Deal

Transaction SDTOPN

This transaction is used to open a Syndication Deal once the liability is approved (Liability Confirmation). The Syndication Deal can also be opened once the offer is accepted by the Syndication Party that was contacted using the Create Offer transaction.

Status Handling

Possible Syndication Status	Comments
Booked In Unfunded	Once the user enters the Details Panel, this status is defaulted in the dropdown list.
Funding Requested
Not Syndicated

If an existing Syndication Deal is used, it may not be open or closed.
