The Selection panel is displayed after entering the transaction. Search criteria like (parts of the) “reference number”, “party”, “opening date”, “status”, “currency” and/or “amount” can be entered in the respective search fields. Additionally, “Product Type” (e.g. Export L/C) and “Type of Transaction” (e.g. Confirmed L/C) can be selected as search criteria.

The icon has to be clicked to get the desired information. All contracts that match the selection are displayed in the table, if no search criteria is entered all the contracts are displayed.

After selecting the master contract (by double-clicking an entry or clicking the icon ) further details of the contract will be displayed. The details include all the contract fields including transactions, diaries etc.

In the “Transactions” panel, selection can be changed to view the Syndication Deals associated with the Master Contract via the checkbox “incl. all subcontracts”.

The version log can be viewed via the icon. The panels with the current data of the import L/C are displayed. The changes compared to the previous record are displayed in red characters. By using the icons and the changes can be displayed chronologically in ascending or descending form. By clicking the detailed log information will be displayed. The user can return to the Info system by clicking the icon.
