Reports

The Report Generator allows any number of reports to be compiled. The following reports are available as samples in the MyModelbank.

	turnquart	Turnover per Quarter	Turnover and the percentage change in turnover per business sector for the selected quarter, the previous quarter and the same quarter from the prior year.
	turnquartcon	Turnover per Quarter with Contracts	The report displays turnover and the percentage change in turnover per business sector for the selected quarter, the previous quarter and the same quarter from the prior year on a contract basis.
Report Generator - Guarantees (GIRGEN)	custgi	Report: Customer Guarantees	Customer reports on various types of guarantees list all transactions for a freely selectable customer.
	cusobl	Report Guarantees	Acknowledgments of guarantee balances list all transactions for a freely selectable applicant.
	periodgi	Guarantees per Period	This report list guarantees relevant to a particular period. Selection data include a to-from period.All in-house transaction active in this period are listed in the report without supplying details for each single transaction.
	opnmonth	Guarantees Opened Month / Prev.Month / Last Year	This is a report on all guarantees opened during the selected period, beginning with the previous month and including the current month, with information on the percentage change.
Report Generator Export L/C (LERGEN)	lcdocs	Export L/C with Document Set(s)	A report on all Export L/Cs togethter with their relevant document sets, sorted by beneficiary.
Report Generator Parties to Contracts (PTSGEN)	countrycheck	Contracts with Parties in a Given Country	A report on all parties used in contracts where there is an open amount and where the party belongs to the selected country, or is affiliated to this country because it is a country of risk.
Report Generator Limits (LSRGEN)	lsrcty	Country Limits	A report on all or selected country limits, their limit status and utilizations.
	lsrheq	Headquarter Limits	A report on all or selected headquarter limits, their limit status and utilizations.
	lsrpty	Party Limits	A report on all or selected party limits, their limit status and utilizations.
Report Generator - Import LC (LIRGEN)	LCs Outstanding	Report Import L/C Outstanding	This report lists the outstanding, i.e., not yet expired or closed Import LC contracts. It is used to list the outstanding contingent liability under Import LC for a bank. Additionally if required, this can also be used to trigger an enquiry to the applicant if an amendment for extension is required.
Report Generator - Export LC (LERGEN)	OS Export LCs	Report for Outstanding Export LCs	This report lists the outstanding, i.e., not yet expired or closed Export LC contracts. This can be used to trigger an enquiry to the beneficiary if they would present documents before the expiry.
Report Generator - Guarantee (GIRGEN)	OS Guarantee	Report for Outstanding Guarantees	This report lists the outstanding, i.e., not yet expired or closed Guarantee contracts.
Report Generator - Import LC Documents (BRRGEN)	Bill Maturity	Usance Docs Accepted	This report displays the list of Usance Bills (i.e., with document type as Acceptance, Deferred and Mixed) which have been accepted under Import LCs and are yet to be settled/paid and with valid maturity.(If required, condition can be changed to list contracts where maturity date has elapsed (i.e., less than current day)).
Report Generator - Import LC Documents (BRRGEN)	Doc not Accepted	Usance Docs Not Accepted	This report displays the list of Usance Bills (i.e., with document type as Acceptance, Deferred and Mixed) which have been received under Import LCs but not yet accepted.
Report Generator - Export LC Documents (BERGEN)	Bill Maturity	Usance Docs Accepted	This report displays the list of Usance Bills (i.e., with document type as Acceptance, Deferred and Mixed) under Export LCs, which have been accepted by Issuing bank but are yet to be settled/paid. (If required, condition can be changed to list contracts where maturity date has elapsed (i.e., less than current day)).
Report Generator - Export LC Documents (BERGEN)	Doc not Accepted	Usance Docs Not Accepted	This report displays the list of Usance Bills (i.e., with document type as Acceptance, Deferred and Mixed) which have been received under Export LCs but not yet accepted.
Report Generator - Import LC (LIRGEN)	Exp. not closed	Import LC Expired but not closed (Exp. + 5 days)	This report displays the list of Import LC contracts which have expired but are not yet closed. It lists the contract which have crossed minimum 5 days after the expiry date. This can be used to identify the contracts which have expired but the liability of which are yet to be reversed/nullified.

Report Generator - Guarantees (GIRGEN)	Unlimited Gtees	Unlimited Guarantees +365	This report displays the list of Guarantee contracts which have crossed 365 days from the date of Issuance (date of issue).
