Introduction

The MyModelbank or Demobank of the application contains data and examples prepared to provide a simple introduction of the system on the customer side. The default settings can be used for test as well as for customization purposes to be able to meet customer requirements. The examples are intended to demonstrate the functionalities of DOKA-NG. For this reason, additional data such as contracts and various transactions have been entered, processed and described.

The organizational structure as configured reflects the possible composition of entities within major companies.

As printers are often not available in a 'demo' installation, the default printer has been set to generate PDF files.

All names, goods and so on used are fictitious and any similarity to real names, goods, etc. is co-incidental and not intended.

The MyModelbank for DOKA-NG is contained in the database that was initialized at the time the software was supplied. This present documentation describes the contents of the data, the default values set and the status of the transactions. The User Documentation should also used for descriptions of functions.

This documentation contains two main sections:

  • General Features
  • Business Sectors

The General Features section documents details of the Static Data, Users and User Profiles and other default values contained in the MyModelbank.

The Business Sectors section contains details of the individual contracts together with a description of the transactions already carried out. For each contract, a list is also provided of the transactions that can be processed for that particular contract. This contributes to the suitability of these contracts for training and/or presentation purposes. The description of the anonymized data also makes the documentation suitable as a basis for test documentation to be compiled on the customer side. Dates used in the contracts may have to be amended/updated to meet the purposes at hand.
