Release Authorizations and Rights
The following levels of release authorization and rights are assigned to users in the MyModelbank:

Changes to levels of authorization can be made using the User Profile.
Multi Release
Multi release function is also possible with different hierarchy of amounts. Amount thresholds with multiple approval levels could be setup and linked to required business transactions. Sample release users available are USERA to USERE and USER1 to USER3.
Reference Numbers
If a contract is created in the application, it will receive a unique reference number.
In the MyModelbank, the reference number structure is as follows, unless a different structure has been defined in the static data transaction DBxREF:
- 2 digits for the business sector
- 2 digits for the year
- 1 digit for the abbreviation of the entity
- 5 digits for the main contract counter
- optionally up to 6 digits for the sub-contract counter.
Example:
An export L/C (LE) created at the Hamburg entity (H) has the reference number LE22H00019, the set of documents presented under it (BE) receives reference number BE22H00019-001.
If an advance is paid on this set of documents, the advance (BP) will receive the reference number BP22H00019-001-1.
