Before running a conversion, the relevant currencies and conversion rates have to be stored in the system. A currency can only be used when it has first been entered in the system. The database already contains a selection of various currencies.

Conversion rates for various days have also been set up, in addition to these currencies. This allows conversions between these currencies to be run. Before carrying out tests or giving presentations, we would certainly recommend updating the relevant currency settings to reflect the prevailing situation of the day.
