Each user can access the Info System when processing transactions in the business sectors and Static Data programs by clicking the [i] button next to the designated element (e.g. reference, selected static data entry). Moreover, with the help of the Copy function, it is very easy to copy an existing contract and use it to create a new contract (see also Copying Contracts).
